No need to search for parking spaces downtown, all within walking distance or a short trolley ride (hours vary). Backyard has privacy fence.
You’ll receive a personalized code to enter unit. Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and plenty of street parking nearby.

Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on bottom and a twin on top.
A starter supply of paper products and soaps are provided.
No garage access. Contains fire sprinkler system for your safety. House is also monitored via a commercial fire detection system which will automatically deploy fire department if necessary.
Please use caution with tall items near sprinkler heads. You will be held liable if you accidentally trigger the fire system to engage.
Ring doorbell at front door has video and ability to reach us if you ring the doorbell. House is equipped with a security system, used when vacant. There are NO cameras or recording devices within the home.
